Application
If you complete the form for a free consultation, you will provide information about yourself including your first and last name, email address and other personal information. You agree that any information that you provide to Sapan Inka will always be accurate, correct, and current. You agree to not impersonate someone else or to provide any information or an email address that is not your own.
Once we receive your application, we will send to you an email in order to coordinate a date for the free consultation, we will provide details about registration.
Terms
If you want to access our site and participate in a session, you must be 18 years old or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Sapan Inka disclaims all liability for any error in the Content and reserves the right to correct errors in descriptions and pricing from time-to-time.
Sapan Inka cannot accept liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by closure of airports, civil strikes, natural disasters or pandemics (including coronavirus) or other events outside of our control.

We include in our website links to other sites. The linked sites are not under the control of Sapan Inka and our center is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site. Our center is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply any association with its operators.
Refund policy
Full payment is required to reserve a session. If any appointment is cancelled 5 days or more before your session, refunds are available less a 25% Servicing Fee. There is no refund for any appointment cancelled with less than 5 days notice. In exceptional circumstances Sapan Inka may have to cancel your appointment – if this occurs you will receive a full refund for that session. Please contact us with anticipation if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sapan Inka reserve the right to terminate any session based on violation of this Agreement, disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
If for any reason you have not entered the virtual waiting room within 15 minutes of a session, the session will automatically end and will be deemed as a missed session.
